This month, 4th Grade students traveled to Philadelphia for a one-day educational trip that enhanced learning outside the classroom. The students visited Betsy Ross's house and the iconic Liberty Bell. Their American History lessons came alive in the historic Assembly Room of Independence Hall, as they stood in the same room where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed, which is still set up as it was during the Constitutional Convention in 1787.
